• you will share with a loved one or doctor information about your health and the history of prescribed drugs

• you have access to your children's medical records up to the age of 18 życia

• you will receive another e-prescription without visiting the office (in the case of a chronic disease i  after consultation, e.g. by phone, z_cc781905-5cde-3194-bblek3b-136_bad5cf58d)

• you will pick up e-referral

• check the test result for coronavirus

• you apply for a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC).
